Ecovrflushing provides interior design consultation, styling services, and related design services for residential and commercial properties throughout Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:
All interior design services for Australian properties are subject to separate service agreements that will outline specific terms, scope of work, timelines, and pricing in Australian dollars (AUD). These agreements comply with Australian Consumer Law and will be provided before commencement of any design project, including property staging, styling consultations, and full interior design services.
When using our Australian interior design and styling services, you agree to:
All design concepts, styling plans, color schemes, furniture layouts, and materials created by Ecovrflushing for your Australian property remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes interior design concepts, property staging plans, and styling recommendations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Design concepts are provided for your specific property use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecovrflushing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Payment terms for interior design services in Australia will be specified in individual service agreements. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Generally, a deposit is required to commence work on styling consultations, property staging, or full design projects, with remaining balances due upon project completion. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified in your service agreement.
If you need to cancel a scheduled interior design consultation, styling session, or property staging service in Australia, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement. For property staging and full design projects, cancellation terms will be detailed in your specific service agreement, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from our interior design services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
